Enclosing text
I want to enclose some text(html) in a small window, like drawing a line around the text. I've created a window of sorts using MS Paint, using rounded rectangles and filling in between with colour. Now I want to place this image within my html, but how to do this? I want to cut the image, I've no idea how best to do this. What's the best editing software for this? Adobe, Corel?
